Jacob of Austin Lock & Door has provided me with excellent service during his recent visit to my place, he came to repair my front door deadbolt lock, he was right on time, he spotted out what was wrong with it almost instantly and repaired it right away, moreover he was very polite and professional, he explained everything before starting the repair work and also did not have any problems with my late scheduling change and performed all the works as planned, overall I’m more than pleased with the service and will definitely recommend it.
