I set up an appointment with Austin Lock & Door to rekey the locks on my parents’ house and it was Albert who came out for the job, on time, very respectful and also very professional, he made the entire process stress free which significantly eased the burden on my parents’ excellent customer service, reasonable and upfront pricing, all in all, it was a really successful experience.
