Jacob came out to reprogram a my car key fob after it stopped working. He was nice, super friendly and very fairly priced so I decided to buy an additional key just in case. He did a great job and both fob work perfectly! I would recommend him to anyone who needs new car keys!

Steve came out quickly to rescue me when I locked myself out last night He was very responsive, communicate well and showed up on time. He managed to pick my doorknob and deadbolt in less than 5 minutes and didn't damaged them at all. Steve charge a very good price and I would definitely use his services if it happens again!

I got locked out of my car today after a morning jog, the keys were in the ignition and luckily, my phone was on, so I called Austin Lock & Door and Jacob showed up quite quickly, he was super fast and really knows the drill, because it was all over in less than couple of minutes, his price was fair and exactly what he quoted and I’d 100% call him again if it happens again.
