Setting up an appointment for 2 doors locks replacement was easy.
The day of the appointment I received a text message from the locksmith giving me a 2 hour time frame.
He showed up early within the time frame and had all the locks replaced within 40 minutes.
He was very professional and super friendly.
Would definitely recommend these guys!!

Jacob replied to my call in less than 2 minutes after talking to his office and was able to come immediately when I accidentally locked my keys inside the trunk. Jacob was very friendly and he open the trunk and got my key back! Highly recommend!

I called these guys to come and make duplicate key for my 2015 Toyota Corolla, and Steve was able to come within an hour. He completed the job in less than 30mins and the new key work perfect, I definitely recommend them if you need new car keys.

Jacob showed up right at 9 am on last Sunday morning and help me back in after I lost my key. After he opened the door he also did a great job rekeying the deadbolt and doorknob. It took him 30 minutes to finish the job and he charge me fair price! I would definitely recommend him!

Jacob came out to reprogram a my car key fob after it stopped working. He was nice, super friendly and very fairly priced so I decided to buy an additional key just in case. He did a great job and both fob work perfectly! I would recommend him to anyone who needs new car keys!

My key got stuck in the front door deadbolt lock this morning and I couldn’t either lock the door or get it out. I found Austin Lock & Door website, gave them a call and 20mins later Steve was here, he was very efficient and helpful, he has a special tool for those incidents an within about 10 minutes he manage d to completely fix everything and even gave me a few maintenance tips to avoid it from happening again, wonderful experience at a very reasonable price, would definitely use his services again!

These guys are great, they've responded quickly and their technician was here within 30 minutes, It took him about 5 minutes to pick both locks and open the door. Last night Steve from Austin Lock & Door was my hero, he was the only locksmith I could reach out for help as all the others I've tried didn't answer, because it was so late at night he kept me updated on his ETA every 5 minutes and eventually showed up after half an hour. Steve came out quickly to rescue me when I locked myself out last night He was very responsive, communicate well and showed up on time. He managed to pick my doorknob and deadbolt in less than 5 minutes and didn't damaged them at all. Steve charge a very good price and I would definitely use his services if it happens again!

I lost the storage unit padlock keys and couldn’t get it open, Vlad came and handled it like a pro, he had a special battery powered Dremel tool and he managed to it off in just few minutes. He even helped us get a new lock instead and provided 2 keys. The price was fair and affordable and Vlad was easy to deal with and very respectful, all around it was a great experience.

Oren was my locksmith and he showed at my house in less than 30 minutes. He explained the source of the problem that the door was not locking easily and fixed it quickly and efficiently, super quick a reasonably priced, definitely use Oren's services again.
